All MAOT lectures are given in English. This makes the programme accessible for all international students. German students gain the competence of dealing with the technologies in the language which is the common one in the scientific world and more and more also in an industrial environment.

All lectures in fundamentals are mandatory and are studied during the first semester. From the topic specific lectures students select courses with the total of 45 ECTS (European Credit Transfer Points) according to their majors for the second and third semester (in additon 5 ECTS from two lab courses).
